Mr. Richard Barr is leaving his current position as Chief, Finance Branch, at ICAO, Montreal, to join the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Geneva, where he has been appointed as Chief, Finance and Administration (D2). Mr. Barr will report for duty at ITU on 27 March.
